We are absolutely thrilled with how our letterbox turned out! The one bit of advice I have is that if you have a particular colour in-mind when looking at their swatches, see if they have an example letterbox to show you with that colour! Why? The difference can actually be quite astounding when you compare it against a finished product! And if you're not sure, send them a query. They're quick to respond, very helpful and honestly, these are NZ-made and they provide custom orders - couldn't ask for more. Support NZ-made!

Beautifully made. The order took a lot longer than anticipated, so bear in mind you are ordering from a small company and these boxes are made to order, so don’t expect them to ship immediately. This letterbox took around three months to arrive, but now it is here I can confirm the wait was worth it. Custom numbers from Etsy.

Super impressed with letterboxes nz! Took three weeks from my payment to order received, and that was with powercoated colour. They then took the liberty of dropping it off personally to me rather than me having to wait until after a long weekend to receive it via post. It’s also amazing quality and looks great on my new fence. Thanks so much!

Highly recommended - great products great design and made here in NZ. I ordered the 230 front and back and chose aluminum as the material in green. End product looks really good. I’m so pleased with Letterbox NZ. My feedback to other customers : if you are ordering a special order letterbox (not off the shelf) do allow extra time for the product.

Great service. Mark was really knowledgeable and gave great advice about the numbers for the letterbox. I went for the etched numbers and they look amazing..no time at all between order and delivery. Definitely recommend. Thanks,

Pauline and the team were really helpful, talking me through the various models they produce to find one that fit my needs. They also gave advice on the colours available, which was very important in terms of the finished product (see the photo). Very happy with the whole process.

We have purchased 3 of the rural letterboxes for all our properties + given one away to raise funds for the local rescue helicopter. We love the fact that they are NZ made, tough, durable and a great size for rural families. I highly recommend Letterboxes NZ! Thanks Mark and Jess.

Great little letterbox. Arrived very quickly. Well packaged. Could perhaps be packed with something more recyclable instead of all that plastic. But thank you. Great service.
